The Orchid Clubs from around the South Coast and South West of NSW meet every two years to stage a South and West Regional Orchid Show. Clubs from Albury -Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Canberra, Shoalhaven, Bateman's Bay, Eurobodalla and Sapphire Coast compete for the Champion Club display as well as for individual honours.

Clubs take turn at hosting the show with Wagga Wagga hosting in 2009 and Shoalhaven 2011.

Typically around 800 plants are presented with most included in displays that reflect the theme chosen for the show. This years theme of Orchid Heaven 007 provided the opportunity for some spectacular heavenly displays.

In summing up the Show Chief Judge Denis Diem rated it along with National and International Shows that he has judged at.
